Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our AI and automation projects from conception to completion. You'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions that transform how businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple AI and automation projects simultaneously
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and QA engineers
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology companies
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and technologies
• Proven experience managing software development projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment
